Piano Concert

Sally Goodworth and Ikuko Inoguchi

There will be a concert of piano duets by two virtuoso pianists on Sunday May 11th at 4pm in St Mary's Church, Streatley.

Sally Goodworth and Ikuko Inoguchi will be presenting music for four hands by Mozart (Sonata in B flat major, KV358 also called the Linz sonata and whose 3rd movement is well known as it has been appropriated for 'hold' music), Fauré's Dolly Suite (pieces he wrote for the very young Dolly Bardac including the very well known Berceuse, much used by media), Francis Poulenc's excitingly fast Piano Sonata for Four Hands and Debussy's Petite Suite, a musical picture of poems.
